RAndB

RAndB RAndB (Rentals And Booking) is, as its name suggests a Windows based program that keeps track of rental equipment and bookings for them. Initially written for the Ski Rental department of Outside Sports in Queenstown, it is now used successfully in several rental shops for various rental scenarios ranging from skis to bikes to camping gear. Each rental shop works in a different way and the system is uniquely flexible to cope with all situations. RAndB can also manage retail transactions in combination with Rental sales and integrates seamlessly with existing retail systems removing the need for double entry.

ST-Mate

ST-Mate ST-Mate is a comprehensive Windows based estimating software system designed for the building and contractor industry. It follows the project life cycle process all the way through from the initial estimate to creation of a quote, tracking of actual costs against the estimate to the creation of purchase orders, entering of timesheets and calculation of sub contractor payments. There are several detailed reports available to allow you to quickly and easily track the costs of your project and identify any problems. Documents produced such as requests for payment and sub contractor retention payments conform to the Construction Contracts Act 2002.

F And B Manager

F and B Manager F And B Manager (Food and Beverage Manager) is a Windows based solution that is used by hotels to manage their food and beverage stock levels. This includes creating purchase orders and accepting deliveries as well as carrying out full and rolling stock takes across all departments. There are also functions to create menu items linked to your stock, so you get an accurate cost at any point in time. The system was originally developed for a leading hotel in Queenstown and has since been installed in several hotels.

E-Merge

E-Merge E-Merge is an ingenious small piece of software that links your current stock management system to your online shop. It seamlessly takes Product data from the stock system and sends it up to the online shop where it is processed. It will then retrieve the sales data from the online shop, change it to the format required by the stock management system and send it back. In this way, the sales appear is if they were taken by an ordinary till in the shop. Currently, E-Merge is being used with the Counter Intelligence retail management system, but can be customised to use any retail system.
